
If you’re feeling sluggish, you may want to make an adjustment to how much water you are drinking daily. It is very possible that you could be dehydrated! Water comprises 98% of our body, so it is vital that you drink enough each day to allow your body to function as it should.
In order to help you stay on track, I recommend that you get a eco-friendly water bottle! No matter what type of container you chose to use, just make sure that you drink enough water!
When you wake up in the morning, be sure to rehydrate by drinking at least 8 ounces of water. After all, you have probably been asleep for at least four hours! I personally drink two cups of water each morning when I wake up. I then try to drink at least two glasses of water every hour that I am awake. When I accomplish my hydration goals, I feel relaxed and clear-headed. On the days that I forget to drink enough water, I can always tell feel the difference! My brain feels foggy and I don’t have any energy on those days. There is no doubt that water is essential to our good health, so drink up!
